New York City [March 2018]
A day in New York City, New York, USA. Visiting iconic buildings and taking in the unmistakable vibe of NYC.
Photos taken with an iPhone.
Recommended: If you have one full day (and night) in NYC – start at Central Park and work your way through Midtown visiting the iconic buildings included in this post (use 5th Avenue as your anchor point), down to Empire State Building.
Take in the views on top of Empire State, then keep heading south to the Flatiron. Take the subway at 23rd Street to City Hall station and meander through the City Hall and onto Brooklyn Bridge. From City Hall, you can walk to the World Trade Centre, 9/11 Memorial and the Oculus. Then take a subway back from the World Trade Centre to Penn Station and walk up to Times Square where you can hang around until dark.
Don’t forget to stop along the way and sample NYC street food stalls and cafes along the way. For a super delicious breakfast, go to Norma’s near Central Park!
